We are delighted to announce that we fully re-opened for business on July 6th 2020 and are now operating a normal service for all customers. There are occasional delays in transportation, caused by the increased demand on couriers through the peak of the Covid crisis, but these are gradually easing.
The safety of our staff and customers is paramount and we have implemented new working practices across our business to ensure that this is not compromised. We continue to monitor advice from government and other agencies, and will react to any changes required.
Throughout our business we have provided;
• Protective Screens for Packing Hall and Office staff
• Hand Sanitiser supplies at every work station
• Masks and visors for anyone moving around the business and where social distancing is not possible
• Remote working facilities for those that can work from home
• Additional hand washing stations
We have also ensured that any essential visitors to site follow our Covid site visitor rules, and that our customer facing team comply with all relevant guidance and site rules when visiting clients.
It’s been a testing few months but we are very excited about the future and have lots of fantastic new products which we believe will delight our valued customers.
